Facilitate land development process by assisting landowners, land developers, attorneys, and tribal agencies.

Land Management Code Development

Development or update of Zoning Code, Subdivision Code, Design and Development Standards, Land Development Code, Landscape and Signage Codes.

Community & Economic Development

Community development project planning, assist with ICDBG, ANA, EDA, USDA funding applications.
Development of Market Analysis and Market Strategies; Feasibility Studies; and, Economic Development Plans.
Housing Services - Development of Housing Needs Assessment and Housing Development Plans that could be used as part of the annual Indian Housing Plan, and may also be utilized to support various financing applications with banks and government sources through Section 184, Title VI, and other housing programs.
